Learn More About Visits Listing Cards

The listing cards found in the Visits page will provide an overview of information about the person or business that made the visit to your site, along with options to drill down and learn more detailed information in the Visit Details Panel

Visits Listing Cards: An Overview

Here is what one of these cards looks like:

1. Company Name – The name of the company or identified individual  who made the visit.

2. URL – The URL of the company the visitor is associated with.

3. Watchlist Star – Click the star to add or remove this company to/from your watchlist. If the star is solid yellow, the company is on your watchlist. If the start is empty, they are not on the watchlist.

4. Location / IP Address – This is the general location of the visitor based on the IP address that they are visiting from .

5. Date/Time Stamp – The Date and time that the visit was initiated.

6. People logo – This counter shows you how many identified individuals are associated with the company.

7. Form submission logo – This marker indicates that a user from this company has submitted a contact form on your site that is being tracked by Lead Lander.

8. Page Views Logo – This counter indicates the number of unique pages the visitors have viewed.

9. Lead Tags – This section of the card shows you how many lead tags the company matches, and which tags are applied to the company. Clicking the blue and white “plus” icon will allow the you to create a new tag that will be immediately applied to the company.

10. Contact Information – The email addresses of identified visitors that are associated with the company.  

11. Linkedin Button – Visit the company’s linkedin page if a page has been identified. 

12. View Company Profile Button – This button will expand the card further to reveal the Company Profile panel. The color of the button indicates who owns the lead.

  • Grey indicates that there is no lead owner for this company.
  • Blue indicates that you are the lead owner.
  • Green indicates that the lead owner is someone else in your organization.

13. Visit Details Button – This button will expand the card further to reveal the Visit Details panel. Clicking the button a second time will hide the Visit Details panel again.

Expanded View

The details panels appear under the Business Cards when the Company Profile or the Visit Details buttons are clicked. There are 3 available panels:

  • Visit Details – This is a detailed view of the visit including information about the individual person, the date and time of the visit, and which pages were visited at what times.
  • Company Profile – This is a detailed view of as much information about the company that LeadLander has to offer, including specific details about the organization, the Company address, and information for each identified individual associated with the company. Here you can also assign the company to a lead owner.
  • Notes – This panel shows all notes created by any user within your organization related to the company you are viewing the details for. Here you can also create your own notes.
