How To Remove And Ignore a Company

You can ignore a visit that belongs to you or a member of your team by doing the following:

(You must have System Administrator rights to be able to perform this action)

1. Log in to https://app.leadlander.com.

2. Locate the visit you want to remove

3. Click on “Visit Details”

4. Select Remove and Ignore

Alternatively, you can filter out the visit from settings as shown below:

1. click on the Settings icon
2. Click on Filters
3. Select Ignored Companies
4. copy the company name you wanted to ignore from the visit card and paste it here.
5. click on Ignore company, to be added to the ignored list
6. To remove a company from the ignored list click on the delete icon.
